  sheet) – if there is one
Identity document of the owner/owners – in two copies

The property documents of the real estate (Bargain and sale contract, delivery-receipt
 

minutes, if the real estate was purchased from the state, Civil Decision, Heir Certificate, Donation document, etc.) – in two copies out of which one legalized;
Fiscal certificate for the Cadastre and Registration obtained from the Tax Authority
Identity document of the owner/owners – in two copies
Standard application form filled in and signed by the owner – at the disposal by the
  authorized expert
Statement for the limits of the property for which the surveys are performed – put at the
  disposal by the authorized expert
Form for Land register registration – put at the disposal by the authorized expert
